These Terms govern access to and use of the Shift Meal platform provided by 86x LLC. This is placeholder scaffolding pending review by counsel — not the final, binding agreement. Operators subscribing to the service are also governed by the Subscription Agreement.

The service
Shift Meal is a POS-integrated platform that tracks, controls, and reduces shift meal costs, including the 86 Coin program for employees.
Accounts and eligibility
Account responsibilities, eligibility, and credential security requirements to be specified.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed per location. Pricing, trials, and renewal terms are described on the pricing section and in the Subscription Agreement. The service does not provide tax advice.
The 86 Coin program
86 Coins represent meal credits earned for shifts worked. Program rules, value, and expiry terms to be finalized by counsel.
Acceptable use
Prohibited activities — abuse, interference, and unlawful use — to be enumerated here.
