Scope and order of precedence
This Agreement, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, governs the subscription. Order of precedence to be confirmed.
Subscription plans and fees
Plans are billed per location per month, as shown on the pricing section. Final fee schedule per the source agreement.
Payment terms
Billing cycle, invoicing, late payment, and applicable taxes to be specified by counsel.
Term, renewal, and cancellation
30-day free trial, then month-to-month unless an annual plan is selected. Cancellation terms to be finalized.
POS integrations
Use of Toast, Square, and Clover integrations is subject to those providers' terms. Details to be documented.

Operator obligations relating to the employee 86 Coin program to be set out here.
Data protection
Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. A data processing addendum may apply.
